综述了樱花的播种、嫁接、扦插、组织培养等繁殖技术 ,经过对各种参考文献的分析 ,认为樱花种子成熟后有休眠特性 ,2~ 9℃低温下保湿贮藏一定时间可打破休眠 .嫁接以双舌插接或嵌木芽接成活率最高 .樱花扦插不易生根 ,但一定浓度的NAA、IBA或ABT生根剂处理 ,并保持插床较高空气湿度可大大提高成活率 .组织培养以芽心 ,茎尖或带一芽的茎段为材料 ,1 /4MS,1 /3MS ,改良MS或B5培养基上培养较为成功 .同时展望了樱花今后的研究方向
Abstract:Summary on propagation technique of ornamental cherries in sowing seeds,chip budding,shoot cutting and tissue culture.According to various references about ornamental cherries,seed dormancy released after stored in 2~9℃ for 12~16 weeks under wet storage conditions.Stem-grafting in early spring and chip-budding in summer gave the best results.The rooting rate of current year shoots was increased obviously treatment with IBA,NAA or ABT in different levels of concentrations and keeping high humidity of air.Buds,shoot tips and current year stems with one bud culture were succeed on 1/4MS,1/3MS,corrected MS or B 5 medium with different growth regulators.Moreover,the main field required further study in future is presented.
