随着"快乐体操"概念的提出与定义,迅速融入了学校体育,尤其是中小学、幼儿园体育教学的需要,对体育教师提出了挑战;而普洱学院体育系又是培养中小学教师的机构,因此在体操普修课教学中融入"快乐体操"思想,就显得十分重要,实施快乐体操要结合项目特点,结合教学原则和方法,精选教材,突出其项目特点,合理安排内容;使体育系学生掌握体操教学中"快乐体操"思想,为以后的中小学体操教学奠定基础,具备推广体操项目的能力,为大众健身和提高国民体质做出贡献。
Abstract:The Definition and Proposition of "Happy Gymnastics",rapidly blend in School Physical Education,especially Physical Education Reform and the Need of Middle-Primary Schools' PE,The Chllenge to PE Teachers From the Implement of the happy gymnastics teaching;Teachers` College P.E Department is the cradle for training school teachers,so Happy Gymnastics was teaching in general gymnastic course,It is very important.Attempt to Implement Happy Gymnastics Teaching on the basis of gymnastics,apply suitable teaching principles and methods,Arrange for the content rationally,Making everone learn happy gymnastic Teaching Ability in Physical,Lay foundation for gymnastic Teaching in Primary and High Schools,They have the ability of spreading Gymnastics,they should work for public recretiong and build up people'constitution.

②形体健身:正确的站、立、走的姿势,以及腰、腿、髋的软度、开度、柔韧性等。分别有节奏练习、头部练习、手臂练习、勾绷脚练习、腿的综合练习等,将枯燥的基本功练习融入丰富的音乐世界;素质练习。
